Dan Sasser serves as the Product Manager for FieldLogIQ. With a background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Dan works with clients to enhance field-to-office workflows utilizing GIS, GPS, and other software platforms. His role utilizes his experience to lead innovative software solutions for the utility industry.
Mr. Sasser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama.
Hayden Strickland is Magnolia River’s Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer. Software and GIS are integral parts of Magnolia River’s plan to provide end-to-end solutions for our clients. Mr. Strickland is responsible for management of both the Software and GIS groups. Previously, he served Magnolia River as GIS Analyst, GIS Manager, and GIS Executive Director.
As the company continues to expand software and services in these areas, Mr. Strickland will continue to provide guidance to Magnolia River’s GIS Professionals and Software Development team.
Mr. Strickland holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama.
Matthew Vaughn serves as the Software Support Manager and Product Manager for FlowGIS. His responsibilities include management of the software support team, ensuring customer requirements are met with a consistently high quality of service. As a product manager, he also provides guidance and supervision of software development efforts related to the FlowGIS products. He has been with Magnolia River since 2006 and has previously served as GIS Analyst and Project Manager.
Mr. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Alabama.
Vasile Dragu serves as Director of Technology leading the effort of expanding Magnolia River software solutions for our customers, our field personnel and for the natural gas industry, in general.
Mr. Dragu is an accomplished Engineering /Software / Management professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in enterprise software development, software product/project management, software integration and implementation services.
Before joining Magnolia River, Mr. Dragu spent ten years with Trimble Inc. and ten years with UAI Inc. in various key management and technical roles responsible for development and deployment of enterprise software solutions for the electric, gas and water utilities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dragu spent five years in university research and teaching focused on large utility network modeling, analysis and digital simulations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Timisoara, Romania.
